Fair-skinned as I am,
quite easily do I burn.
Best apply some sunscreen
so often have I heard.
Thus I plan ahead
before going on a run,
spray on some protection
from the harmful shining sun.
But I go a little far
and use a bit too much
with SPF-30 my skin
the sun will barely touch.
Net result, I get no tan
and far from any burn.
Now I'm still so very pale.
When will I ever learn?
